How to make it

  • Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Place in shallow dish. Set aside.
  • Melt butter in saucepan. Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
  • Pour over shrimp, turning to coat completely. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Thread shrimp on 4 skewers.
  • Grill over hot coals, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade in dish until done, 10 to 12 minutes.
