Classico Chicken Parmesan Recipe
This dish can go with almost anything, and it's quite easy to make! I chose to use Classico pasta sauce, but you can use your favorite.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Pounded 1/2 inch thick.
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten.
  • 1/2 cup milk.
  • Seasoned bread crumbs.
  • 2 cups mozzarella.
  • 1 Jar (700 ml) Classico pasta sauce (or your own favorite.)
  • Parmesan cheese.

Directions
  1. Wisk eggs and milk together in a shallow dish, and pour seasoned bread crumbs into a seperate dish.
  2. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs. Make sure the chicken breasts are well coated.
  3. Brown chicken on both sides in a frying pan then set in a baking dish. sprinkle one cup of mozzarella onto each piece of chicken.
  4. Pour the pasta sauce over the chicken; add the remaining mozzarella over top of sauce & sprinkle some parmesan cheese over all.
  5. BAKE at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
