How to make it

  • Heat chicken soup till hot..DO NOT Boil !
  • Add cream cheese
  • While cream cheese melts ...in small bowl mix gelatin with cold water
  • until completely dissolved
  • When cream cheese is completely blended in soup, add gelatin and
  • cool to room temperature
  • In large bowl put chicken soup mixture and fold in ALL other
  • ingredients including the chicken spread
  • Turn mixture into a well-oiled Mold
  • Refrigerate OVERNIGHT or at least 6 hours, until set
  • Serve with any kind of crackers, or toast points
