Carriage House Chicken Mousse

- 2 cans of "UNDERWOOD" chicken Spread (this is a MUST !) shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup , undiluted shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onion, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup celery, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup green pepper, minced shopping list
- 1 small jar pimento, minced shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 cup cold water shopping list
- 1 envelope KNOX gelatin shopping list
How to make it
- Heat chicken soup till hot..DO NOT Boil !
- Add cream cheese
- While cream cheese melts ...in small bowl mix gelatin with cold water
- until completely dissolved
- When cream cheese is completely blended in soup, add gelatin and
- cool to room temperature
- In large bowl put chicken soup mixture and fold in ALL other
- ingredients including the chicken spread
- Turn mixture into a well-oiled Mold
- Refrigerate OVERNIGHT or at least 6 hours, until set
- Serve with any kind of crackers, or toast points
