bulgur walnut salad

- 1 cup bulgur shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced celery shopping list
- 1/3 cup minced chives shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped dates shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
- 3 tbsp lemon or lime juice shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Place bulgur in medium sized bowl, cover with water.
- Set aside until bulgur has absorbed water - approx. 20 min.
- Drain and squeeze out excess water.
- Fluff with a fork.
- Add celery, chives, dates, and nuts.
- In glass measuring cup, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and cinnamon.
- Pour dressing over bulgur mixture and mix together.
- Serve!
