How to make it

  • Place bulgur in medium sized bowl, cover with water.
  • Set aside until bulgur has absorbed water - approx. 20 min.
  • Drain and squeeze out excess water.
  • Fluff with a fork.
  • Add celery, chives, dates, and nuts.
  • In glass measuring cup, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, and cinnamon.
  • Pour dressing over bulgur mixture and mix together.
  • Serve!

    this sounds good do you think you could replace bulgur wheat with quinoa? I think it might work.
