Grilled Honey-lime Chicken Sandwiches

- juice of 1 lime (I used about 3 or 4 tbs of bottled lime juice) shopping list
- 2 tbs honey shopping list
- 1 rounded tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 handful cilantro, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning( this stuff is great) shopping list
- 2 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (I used 3 breasts which weighed 2.44 lbs) shopping list
- 4-5 crusty rolls, split shopping list
- Toppings: Sliced tomato, lettuce, avocado, prepared salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT chicken in a bowl
- Add chicken and coat with mixture
- Let marinade atleast 10minutes...I left it in fridge longer and turned chicken halfway to get all sides marinaded well
- cook on indoor grill or on nonstick pan over medium high heat....I used a george foreman grill
- Cook until inside of chicken breast is well done. (I used big chicken breasts so I noticed the inside wasn't cooked even after outside was done so I sliced it and returned it to grill for a few minutes)
- slice chicken on an angle and pile on four crusty rolls.
- top with tomato, lettuce, avocado and salsa ***THE PICTURE SHOWS RED ONIONS...WELL UM I ACTUALLY ENDED UP PULLING THOSE OUT RIGHT AWAY..THEY REALLY DIDN'T GO WELL IN MY OPINION ...BUT EXTRA AVOCADO DID!
