How to make it

  • Whisk together all ingredients EXCEPT chicken in a bowl
  • Add chicken and coat with mixture
  • Let marinade atleast 10minutes...I left it in fridge longer and turned chicken halfway to get all sides marinaded well
  • cook on indoor grill or on nonstick pan over medium high heat....I used a george foreman grill
  • Cook until inside of chicken breast is well done. (I used big chicken breasts so I noticed the inside wasn't cooked even after outside was done so I sliced it and returned it to grill for a few minutes)
  • slice chicken on an angle and pile on four crusty rolls.
  • top with tomato, lettuce, avocado and salsa ***THE PICTURE SHOWS RED ONIONS...WELL UM I ACTUALLY ENDED UP PULLING THOSE OUT RIGHT AWAY..THEY REALLY DIDN'T GO WELL IN MY OPINION ...BUT EXTRA AVOCADO DID!
