sweet , crunchy and spicy mango slaw from the rachael ray show...i made this paired up with the grilled honey lime chicken sandwhiches

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 2 limes (I used bottled lime juice about 6 tbs)
  • 1 tbs hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 ripe mango cut into strips (ripe but not too soft)
  • 1/2 small head purple cabbage shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. whisk together honey, olive oil, lime juice, and hot sauce
  2. add parsley, cilantro, mango and cabbage
  3. toss well to combine
