I made this today. I was concerned that the red cabbage would be too stiff and bitter. I was so pleased with how bright and fresh it was with the mango and honey dressing. The citrus did its trick perfectly in "cooking" the cabbage to a perfect softness and the tangy sweetness makes this slaw simply perfect. High 5.

I bet the dash of hot sauce in there also helps to counteract the "bite" of the red cabbage! Wow--this one sounds really delish.
