Asian Style Pork Chop Bake Recipe
Great twist on the every day pork chop. Packed full of wonderful asian flavors. Very tender and moist. Goes great with rice.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 dash ground allspice
  • 6 thick pork chops

Directions
  1. In a glass dish combine teriyaki sauce, orange juice, sherry, ginger root, garlic, pepper and allspice and mix well.
  2. Add pork chops to dish then cover and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours turning occasionally.
  3. Preheat oven to 400.
  4. Remove chops and marinade from refrigerator.
  5. Remove cover and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
