Toasted Coconut Pie

- Serves 6
This is Barbara Bryan Duhe's recipe, found in a newspaper once upon a time
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 4 tsps lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1 3-1/2 ounce can flaked coconut shopping list
- 1 8-inch unbaked pastry shell shopping list
How to make it
- Combine filling ingredients.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Enjoy!
