Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breast cooked and shredded and tossed with a little lime juice
  • 1 doz flour tortillas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 sm can green chillis
  • 1 sm can sliced black olives
  • 1 sm onion chopped
  • 2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese or more if you wish
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce

Directions
  1. Grease/oil/spray a 9x13x2 baking dish.
  2. Combine 1 cup cheese, soup, broth, sour cream, green chilis, onion, and green enchillada sauce in a bowl
  3. Layer half the tortillas in the dish.
  4. Layer shredded chicken and 1/2 the sauce
  5. Top with remaining tortillas and the rest of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle black olives over top and cover with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
