I love blue cocktails and it usually contains curacao. This drink is from Epicurious and is a simple blender drink for 2. Reminds me of a holiday!
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp rum shopping list
- 1/4 c blue curacao shopping list
- 1/2 c unsweetened pineapple juice shopping list
- 1/4 c well-stirred canned cream of coconut shopping list
- 3 cups ice cubes shopping list
- pineapple wedges for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Top with an umbrella and pineapple wedge.
