	rum curacao pineapple juice coconut cream

Ingredients

6 tbsp rum

1/4 c blue curacao

1/2 c unsweetened pineapple juice

1/4 c well-stirred canned cream of coconut

3 cups ice cubes

Pineapple wedges for garnish

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Top with an umbrella and pineapple wedge.
