How to make it

  • Combine finely chopped garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil and egg in shaker jar and shake to combine. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces into bowl. Pour dressing over lettuce and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan, bleu cheese, bacon and croutons and toss again. Serve immediately.
