This is a very good pork sandwich filling, I get asked to make this for big gattherings, lol last time I made up 40lbs of bbq pork.

Ingredients
- 3-4lb pork roast
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 18oz bottle your fav bbq sauce or your own
Directions
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Sprinkle garlic n onion powder over top.
- Pour bbq sauce over top.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- When done, shred pork n add back to crockpot an mix well. Serve on buns topped with cole slaw.
- Can use a beef roast instead of a pork roast.
