How to make it

  • Prep time does not included chill time
  • Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until sugar dissolves
  • Beat cream in large bowl to stiff peaks
  • Fold whipped cream into wine mixture
  • Divide mixture among 8 wineglasses
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (syllabub mixture will separate but don't worry)
  • Sprinkle with berries and serve

    I love anything raspberry and this sounds out of this world delicious. I could see adding a few chocolate curls just for looks and taste. This one gets a 10 and a scrumptious rating.
