Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/3 cup dry Sherry
  • 2 tbls. lemon peel, grated
  • 2 cups chilled whipping cream
  • 1 pint raspberries

Directions
  1. Prep time does not included chill time
  2. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until sugar dissolves
  3. Beat cream in large bowl to stiff peaks
  4. Fold whipped cream into wine mixture
  5. Divide mixture among 8 wineglasses
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight (syllabub mixture will separate but don't worry)
  7. Sprinkle with berries and serve

I love anything raspberry and this sounds out of this world delicious. I could see adding a few chocolate curls just for looks and taste. This one gets a 10 and a scrumptious rating.
