Raspberry Syllabub

- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh shopping list
- 1/3 cup dry sherry shopping list
- 2 tbls. lemon peel, grated shopping list
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream shopping list
- 1 pint raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Prep time does not included chill time
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until sugar dissolves
- Beat cream in large bowl to stiff peaks
- Fold whipped cream into wine mixture
- Divide mixture among 8 wineglasses
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (syllabub mixture will separate but don't worry)
- Sprinkle with berries and serve
