Awesome steak recipe obtained from an estate sale in Wylie, Texas in 1988. I make this often and never tire of it. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 T-bone steaks cut about 1” thick

Directions
  1. Combine taco seasoning, olive oil and minced garlic to make a thick paste.
  2. Divide and rub mixture evenly over both sides of steaks.
  3. Heat grill or allow coals to burn down to white ash.
  4. Grill steaks for 20 minutes turning midway through cooking.
