Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put all the ingredients in a heavy skillet on medium heat.
  • Keep moving them around with a fork and in just a few minutes the almonds will absorb the sweet water and you'll have lovely sugar coated almonds.
  • Take them off the heat (I drop them on a paper towel) as soon as they start looking dryish. Cook them too long and the sugar will burn.

yes, they're dry when they cool off. You just have to be careful not to cook them too long or the sugar turns dark.

I just love "Three Ingredient Wonders!" Thanks so much for the recipe! Do these almonds get a crispy coating after they dry? Please let me know? Thanks!
