How to make it

  • At first you have to loosen the saurkerut. Then you put the saurkraut in more than a pint of boiling water. Don't forget to flavor it and put some fat in. (sugar, butter, salt) Then close pot and stew it.
  • After that, you have to rub the crude potato in. (grate raw potato).
  • Now the saurkraut must cook about 20 minutes.
