Cheesy Mac And Cheese Recipe
This is a really easy, simple, yet delicious recipe for homemade Macaroni and Cheese. Good as a side or main course. My friends and family LOVE it!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups noodles (based on preference, I like penne)
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese (Medium or Sharp)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 heaping spoon of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the noodles for about 10-12 minutes until they are almost all the way cooked. Drain the noodles and turn stove down to low heat. Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and stir until everything is melted and the sauce is nice and creamy. Pour into a square 9x9 inch pan and spread out evenly. Cover the top with the remaining cheese. Sprinkle parmesan and paprika generously over the top. Place in over for about 10 minutes, just until the cheese has melted and browned a tiny bit. Then ENJOY!

Paprika is a nice touch. I like nutmeg (fresh grated of course).
