This recipe is really good has all the great seasonal spices in it!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups pulp
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 box sure gel

Directions
  1. scald peel and pit peaches
  2. Cook pulp using very little water
  3. Press above mixture through seive
  4. to each cup pulp add one half as much of sugar
  5. cook until thick and clear
  6. add 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon to 3 cups pulp
  8. add 1 box of sure gel
  9. let boil for 1 minute
  10. pour above mixture into Kerr sterilized jars
  11. screw band on firmly tight
  12. process in water bath for 10 minutes
