Peach Butter

- Serves 6
This recipe is really good has all the great seasonal spices in it!
Ingredients
- 3 cups pulp shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 box sure gel shopping list
How to make it
- scald peel and pit peaches
- Cook pulp using very little water
- Press above mixture through seive
- to each cup pulp add one half as much of sugar
- cook until thick and clear
- add 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon to 3 cups pulp
- add 1 box of sure gel
- let boil for 1 minute
- pour above mixture into Kerr sterilized jars
- screw band on firmly tight
- process in water bath for 10 minutes
