How to make it

  • Rough chop garlic, sprinkle with a little course salt and using side of knife, scrape garlic into a paste
  • Place in mixing bowl and add vinegar and mustard and combine
  • Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly to form a smooth vinaigrette.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
