Making salad dressings f rom scratch is easy to do and easy on the budget. This vinagrette is so good!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbs dijon mujstard
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper taste

Directions
  1. Rough chop garlic, sprinkle with a little course salt and using side of knife, scrape garlic into a paste
  2. Place in mixing bowl and add vinegar and mustard and combine
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly to form a smooth vinaigrette.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
