From Scratch Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 4 tbs dijon mujstard shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 3 cups extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper taste shopping list
How to make it
- Rough chop garlic, sprinkle with a little course salt and using side of knife, scrape garlic into a paste
- Place in mixing bowl and add vinegar and mustard and combine
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking constantly to form a smooth vinaigrette.
- Salt and pepper to taste
