How to make it

  • Slice cabbage head into slaw then place into bowl.
  • Mince 1/2 small onion and add to bowl then add vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Mix and squeeze slaw so it makes some juice.
  • This will make the slaw limp then refrigerate until serving time.
