Kare Kare Recipe
KARE KARE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Navarro Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1990.

Cat sounds great thanks

Im confused (nothing new there btw) - So do I remove all the cooked beef and the water (reserving it of course) as mentioned, then in same pan I add a little oil and sautee all else -then add back beef with broth? Then how long should you think I should cook the broth once I add the egg plant and artichoke? Thanks for clearing..

This sounds so good! I have never made a recipe even close to this and I am anxious to try it. You've got my "5" forks for this unique and tantalizing recipe!

It's not complete. Kare kare has peanut sauce.
