Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 16 oz. container of sour cream
  • 2/3 cup onions
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Boil 6 potatoes in jackets
  3. Let cool,chread and leave in baking pan
  4. in double broiler melt 1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  5. mix in 1 cup milk
  6. add 1 16 oz. container of sour cream
  7. add 2/3 cup green onions
  8. salt and pepper to tase
  9. add the above ingredients back to the jackets.
  10. Bake at 325 for one hour.
