No need to but fancy, overpriced specialty vinegars. Make your own! These also make fantastic gifts.

Ingredients
  • 4 c red raspberries
  • 4 c white wine vinegar

Directions
  1. Combine in a glass jar and let the raspberries mascerate (sit, steep, etc) for two weeks.
  2. Turn the jar every day to help mix the ingredients.
