How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • Grease 12 x 8 (2 quart) baking dish.
  • Arrange broccoli in greased baking dish.
  • Layer chicken over broccoli.
  • In small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; mix well. Spread over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • In small bowl, add dry bread crumbs to melted butter to preferred consistency; sprinkle over top.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve with steamed rice.

    this sounds just like the chicken divan my mom makes - soooo yummmmmmy - the only difference I think is she uses corn flakes for the crumble instead of bread crumbs. yummy! thanks!
