Ingredients
  • 1 lb frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can Campbell's condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 t. curry powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • plain dry bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 12 x 8 (2 quart) baking dish.
  3. Arrange broccoli in greased baking dish.
  4. Layer chicken over broccoli.
  5. In small bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder; mix well. Spread over chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. In small bowl, add dry bread crumbs to melted butter to preferred consistency; sprinkle over top.
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  9. Serve with steamed rice.

Oh this is so good - I've had it before - now I have the recipe - I'm going to make it!


This sounds just like the chicken divan my mom makes - soooo yummmmmmy - the only difference I think is she uses corn flakes for the crumble instead of bread crumbs. yummy! thanks!


I like the addition of the curry and we use corn flakes too. Very good supper dish.
