How to make it

  • Cook ramen noodles as per package reserving flavor packets.
  • Drain noodles & set aside.
  • In small bowl mix oil, both seasoning packets, soy sauce, ginger & garlic.
  • Pour sauce into heated skillet.
  • Add chicken & brown on all sides.
  • Add broccoli & onion.
  • Saute 2 minutes.
  • Stir in bell pepper & tomato.
  • Heat until all veggies are limp.
  • Serve over noodles.

    Sounds good. Easy and great. Check out my Japanese Steak and Noodles recipe. It's another one like this but with steak.
