How to make it
- IN a Heavy skillet heat safflower oil and saute chicken until it turn just white
- set aside but keep warm
- De-glaze the skillet with the lime juice and add dill weed.
- Mix the cornstarch in the wine and add the liquide to the skillet
- stir with a whisk until it thickens.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and baste with the sauce you just made
- adjust taste with white pepper.
- Serve over rice,with a green salad or a fruit salad.
