How to make it

  • IN a Heavy skillet heat safflower oil and saute chicken until it turn just white
  • set aside but keep warm
  • De-glaze the skillet with the lime juice and add dill weed.
  • Mix the cornstarch in the wine and add the liquide to the skillet
  • stir with a whisk until it thickens.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and baste with the sauce you just made
  • adjust taste with white pepper.
  • Serve over rice,with a green salad or a fruit salad.
