How to make it

  • In a sauce-pan add 28 oz can of tomatoes, garlic, onion, bullion and meat. Cook over medium - medium high heat until meat cuts easily with a fork. (If using ground beef) brown in a frying pan and set aside. Cook other ingredients over medium heat for at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain and add both 15 oz cans of beans, jalapenos and green onions (and ground beef). Simmer another 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with onions, cheddar cheese and sour cream and enjoy.
