Beef And Pork Kabob Marinades

- steak/Vegetable marinade shopping list
- 1/2 cup canola oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley shopping list
- 2 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- Pork /Vegetable marinade shopping list
- 2 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. cumin shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 6 Tbsp. canola &/or olive oil (I used 4 canola, 2 olive oil) shopping list
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar ( I used salad vinegar) shopping list
- red onion wedges shopping list
- red or yellow pepper chunks shopping list
- zuchinni chunks shopping list
- porcini mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes
- Insert skewer through meat and vegetables, do not mix vegetables &/ or meats
- Marinade in 9x13 baking dish for at least 1 hour
- Grill til done, basting and turning several times
- Serve with rice
