Ingredients
  • Steak/Vegetable Marinade
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • Pork /Vegetable Marinade
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. canola &/or olive oil (I used 4 canola, 2 olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar ( I used salad vinegar)
  • red onion wedges
  • red or yellow pepper chunks
  • zuchinni chunks
  • porcini mushrooms

Directions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes
  2. Insert skewer through meat and vegetables, do not mix vegetables &/ or meats
  3. Marinade in 9x13 baking dish for at least 1 hour
  4. Grill til done, basting and turning several times
  5. Serve with rice
