Ultimate Cherry Cookies

If you find the cherry filled kisses, then you even get extra cherry flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C. flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 C. butter ( at room temperature) shopping list
- 3/4 C. sugar shopping list
- 3/4 C. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 Lg. eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or cherry extract shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. Chopped dried cherries shopping list
- 1 bag of Hershey Cherry Cordial Kisses ( if you can't find them try plain or nut almond kisses ) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together Flour, Baking soda,Baking powder, and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl beat Butter,Sugar, and Brown Sugar together until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla beat low speed until combined.
- Add the dry to the wet and beat until combined.
- Fold in Dried chopped cherries.
- Drop by rounded Teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately place a Hershey Kiss in the middle of the cookie, and move cookie to cooling rack.
- You can be creative with this cookie, I don’t know if the Hershey Cherry Cordial Kisses are always available so using another type be it a plain Kiss, or even an almond one is a way to mix up the flavor of this cookie.
