Jerusalem Noodle Kugel pudding

- 4 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 heaping teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 12 oz. fine noodle uncooked shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons oil shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 350 F
- grease 9x13 inch pan or bundt pan
- bring the waster, margarine, sugar, pepper and salt to a boil
- turn off the heat and add the raw noodles
- stir and cover- let stand 12-15 minutes
- mix the eggs, brown sugar, oil and add to the noodle mixture
- recover the pot and let stand for 10-15 minutes
- pour mixture into prepared pan
- bake for 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours
- best when served warm (can aslo be eaten cold)
