Jerusalem Noodle Kugel Pudding Recipe
this is a traditional Jewish side dish! try it, its delicious!

Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 heaping teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 12 oz. fine noodle uncooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Directions
  1. preheat oven 350 F
  2. grease 9x13 inch pan or bundt pan
  3. bring the waster, margarine, sugar, pepper and salt to a boil
  4. turn off the heat and add the raw noodles
  5. stir and cover- let stand 12-15 minutes
  6. mix the eggs, brown sugar, oil and add to the noodle mixture
  7. recover the pot and let stand for 10-15 minutes
  8. pour mixture into prepared pan
  9. bake for 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours
  10. best when served warm (can aslo be eaten cold)
  11. ENJOY

My mother in law's Krugel is realy good but a pain to make...I'll have to try your version and convert her! :-)
