Timberlodge Garlic Butter

Really good garlic bread spread. My favorite. I got it from the head chef at Timberlodge Steakhouse. Nothing hard, just really good!
Ingredients
- 1 lb butter (I use one stick) shopping list
- 3/4 cup - grated parmesan (since I use one stick I only use 1/4 cup) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley (I use 1 tsp.) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder (I use 1 tsp.) shopping list
How to make it
- Soften butter in microwave make sure not to melt.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly with a fork.
- The texture should be fairly stiff, not runny.
- Add more of any of the above if need be.
- Spread on any bread.
