How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Spray a baking dish with olive oil Pam.
  • Combine crushed crackers and basil. Set aside
  • Mix mayo, garlic, lemon zest and juice. Set aside.
  • Place the fish in the dish and season with salt and Hot Shot.
  • Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the fish and then press the crumbs into the mayo.
  • Bake 8 to 15 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.

    Gotta pick up some of that Hot Shot...never heard of that one, but I'm sure I can find it here. The crust sounds great - crunchy and a taste of lemon...great!

    Hot Shot is a McCormick pepper blend of black and red pepper. I've tried similar products, but Hot Shot is the perfect blend as far as I'm concerned. You'll find it in the spice section of your grocery store.
