This is another awesome dessert panini......its amazing how good these taste....... courtesy of jo mcauley......

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Finely grated zest of one orange
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons kirsch
  • 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey
  • 2 large English tea cakes or blueberry bagels, cut in half horizontally
  • 2 large scoops vanilla - raspberry swirl ice -cream, to serve

Directions
  1. In a large bowl toss together the raspberries, grated orange zest and juice, kirsch, and orange blossom honey.
  2. Spoon the raspberry mixture onto the tea cake or bagel bases, top with the lids.
  3. Toast in a sandwich grill for 2 - 3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. Cut each grilled sandwich into thin slices.
  5. Serve immediately…….with a scoop of vanilla - raspberry swirl -ice-cream
  6. What more could you ask for yum…………..
  7. Serves 2
