Melting Ice Cream And Raspberries Dessert Panini

This is another awesome dessert panini......its amazing how good these taste....... courtesy of jo mcauley......
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries shopping list
- Finely grated zest of one orange shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons kirsch shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom honey shopping list
- 2 large English tea cakes or blueberry bagels, cut in half horizontally shopping list
- 2 large scoops vanilla - raspberry swirl ice -cream, to serve shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl toss together the raspberries, grated orange zest and juice, kirsch, and orange blossom honey.
- Spoon the raspberry mixture onto the tea cake or bagel bases, top with the lids.
- Toast in a sandwich grill for 2 - 3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Cut each grilled sandwich into thin slices.
- Serve immediately…….with a scoop of vanilla - raspberry swirl -ice-cream
- What more could you ask for yum…………..
