Great veggie dish, easy to prep, great to take as a pot luck dish.

Ingredients
  • 4 large zucchini
  • 2 Tbsp light margerine
  • 1 1/2 tsp All Purpose Greek Seasoning

Directions
  1. Slice and quarter zucchini
  2. Place in microwave dish
  3. Add 1/2 cup water
  4. Top with margerine and Greek Seasoning
  5. Cover and microwave for 8 minutes or until tender but not mushy.
  6. Add more Greek Seasoning to taste if desired.
