Ingredients
  • 4 pieces of boneless chicken breast
  • med onion sliced
  • 1/2 tblspn of olive oil
  • 1 80z can of coconut milk
  • 1 tblspn curry powder
  • dash of hot sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • pinch all spice
  • pinch of ginger
  • pinch of season salt
  • fresh garlic glove diced

Directions
  1. In a pot saute onion on and garlic till onion is some what soft. salt and pepper chicken then add to onion and garlic cook till some what brown then add rest of ingredients simmer on low till chicken is cooked. Once done poor over cooked white rice
