Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • dash pepper
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except soup
  2. shape into 16 meatballs, brown in skillet
  3. use shortning if necessary then pour off fat
  4. add soup and 2 or 3 tablespoons of water
  5. cover and simmer 20 mins
