Ingredients

1 egg

2 slices whole wheat bread

butter

mustard

salt and pepper

maybe a slice of cheese, if you feel like it today.

Directions

Fry egg in a little butter breaking the yolk, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook just until everything is set, no brown please.

Lightly butter two slices of whole wheat bread (the crunchy stuff)

Place cooked egg on one slice of bread, make a smiley face with a little mustard and top with the other slice of bread. (if you want to put cheese on it, put the cheese on before the egg, so it starts to get melty.

Cut in half any way you like, and enjoy with a glass of milk.
