Asian Barbecue Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1/4c brown sugar

1/4c soy sauce

1Tbs fresh lemon juice

1/2tsp crushed red pepper

1/4tsp curry powder

3 garlic cloves,minced

8 chicken thighs,skinned

cooking spray

lime wedges

green onion tops

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bag with chicken,marinate at least 4 hours to overnight,turning occasionally.

Remove chicken. Put marinade in small saucepan,bring to a boil,cook 1 minute.

Coat grill with spray and grill chicken 20 mins. or till done,turning and basting frequently. Garnish with lime wedges and green onion tops.
