How to make it

  • Melt cheese with milk; cool ; add egg, sugar, vinegar, and pimento. Return all ingredients to stove and cook for 6 min. Watch carefully ; stir often so cheese will not stick to bottom. Cool ; add mayo. Yield 1 1/2 pints.

    Like you I loved pimento cheese that my Mom made! Of course, I
    never thought to learn to make it! Then I lost my
    Sweet Mom to dementia, and 9 years later she passed away!
    I have looked EVERYWHERE for a cooked pimento cheese..
    And not until today, did I find one!!

    I love pimento stuffed olives so I substituted half of the pimentos with pimento stuffed olives This softer version(compared to store bought ) of yours is a great fro parties.
