How to make it

  • Whisk together 1/2 cup the almond milk with the espresso powder in a large bowl.
  • Whisk in remaining milk and sugar.
  • Freeze according to ice cream machine’s instructions, adding almonds when mixture is nearly frozen.
  • Alternatively, divide mixture among waxed paper cups and cover each with plastic; poke a wooden craft stick through plastic and freeze to serve as pops.

Right now I have been buying "almond bark " fake ice crm by tofutti. soy based . delish.

Do you use Almond Breeze in any other things? I am looking for a rice milk replacement. Lundberg's wonderful rice drink has been discont'd and I need to find a replacement.

I think I'll put my i.c. jell-bowl in the freezer now! thank you again!!
