Ingredients
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks or Fresh ,diced
  • 1 Cup Avocado(peeled and diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Maraschino Cherries,sliced
  • 1-1/2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 Large Bowl Cool Whip
  • 2 Sliced Bananas
  • 1 Package coconut,flaked
  • Do Not leave out the Avocado

Directions
  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Mix in a large bowl the pineapple,avocado,cherries and marshmallows,until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate,covered,until well chilled,about 1 hour.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip just before serving.
  5. Stir in bananas and 1 Cup coconut.
  6. Spoon into dessert cups,sprinkle with macadamia nuts
