Ingredients
  • Main Ingredients:
  • Chicken cut into strips
  • Hot and Spicy Sausage Links
  • Fettucine Pasta
  • Alfredo Sauce:
  • 1 pint light cream
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Other Ingredients:
  • 2-3 hot peppers
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Vegetable oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chili Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Spicy Cajun Seasoning

Directions
  1. Preheat a frying pan and saucepan
  2. Cut chicken into strips and sausage into circles
  3. Mince peppers and garlic
  4. Coat chicken evenly with spice mixture (cayenne,cajun,etc)
  5. Coat frying pan with vegetable oil and deep fry chicken until golden brown
  6. In same pan, fry sausage until cooked
  7. In seperate pan, sautee minced garlic and peppers until soft.
  8. Mix all in pan and let simmer.
  9. Fettucine Alfredo sauce takes about 15-20 minutes to thicken.
  10. In preheated saucepan melt 1 stick of butter
  11. Comine with heavy cream and light cream.
  12. Stir constantely until thickened.
  13. Just before you take the pan off the heat combine the cheese in with the sauce.
  14. Use salt and pepper to season.
  15. Cook pasta until al dente.
  16. Mix all together and serve!
