A cool and zesty low fat salad dressing, that is so easy to make. Combines lime and yogurt for a smooth and creamy dressing.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper or to taste

Directions
  1. Take all ingredents and whisk until smooth.
  2. Store in air tight container and let sit in fridge at least 20 mins to let flavors meld.
  3. Makes 4 1/4 cup servings
  4. Enjoy!!
