I came up with this litle concoction when I had some extra ground beef one day. The family loved it so we have it often.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg, taco seasoning
  • corn chips
  • chopped lettuce
  • chopped tomato
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef,
  2. Add taco seasoning and prepare as instructed on package.
  3. Each person put corn chips in plate or bowl,add beef mixture and other ingredients,eat and enjoy.
