Ingredients

Thai tea (you should be able to find this in an asian market, or online)

Water

Cream/soy cream

Sugar

Directions

Put about 3 tsp of thai tea into a tea strainer/bag

Boil the tea in 2 cups of water for about 5 minutes

Add sugar to taste

top off with cream.

For the iced version put the tea in the fridge and then add ice and cream when its cold.

Be careful with this tea, it will stain anything it gets on.

This sounds like a refreshing and healthier alternative, but I just returned from a month in Thailand and the authentic style is to Brew strong tea (Number One Brand) from thailand best. Pour some sugar in a cup TBS...Condensed Milk about three kitchen spoons, pour hot tea in and mix........A Cup of Crushed ice...Pour the mix in and top with Evaporated Milk.
This is as real as it gets.
