You dont even have to love spinach to love this lasagne.

Ingredients
  • 1 box lasagne noodles (no bake)
  • 1 jar spagetti sauce
  • 16 oz cottage cheese with chives
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 small bag spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp fennel seed
  • 1-1 1/2 packs of fresh mozzeralla sliced
  • another 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Mix cottage cheese, mayo, spinach, 1 cup parmesan and seasonings together.
  2. In a 9x13 inch pan layer noodles then cheese mixture then spagetti sauce and fresh mozzarella.
  3. Repeat layers
  4. Top with noodles, sauce, mozza and remaining parmesan.
  5. There is no need to cover this dish.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45min to 1 hour.
  7. Depending on the brand of spagetti sauce you may need a little more than one jar.
