Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breat halves
  • 1/2 cup pesto (any flavor)
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 3/4 cup mozzarrella cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. line baking sheet with heavy - duty foil
  2. Place chicken and pesto in a medium bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center
  5. Remove from oven; top with tomatoes and cheese.
  6. Bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
