Crab Louis Dressing

You don't have to have Crab Louis to enjoy this dressing. Use on shrimp or other seafood, or on a variety of salads. Number of servings is merely an approximation, depending upon what you use it for.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- lemon juice, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the first five ingredients well.
- Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.
- Serve cold.

I love this dressing. I remember eating crab louis with my mom at the local department store long ago when they had ladies who lunched. In white gloves and hats, yet. It is a classic dressing. Good stuff.
